Responsibilities:
- Achieving target sales with company
- Establishing new and maintaining existing, long term relationship with customer
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Persuading clients that the product or service will satisfy their needs
- Analyzing cost and sales
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
- S1 degree from mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering
- Fast Learning, good analytical skill
- Able to work under pressure, good team work
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field
- Profiency English in verbal and written, Mandarin is an advantage
- Excellence communication skill
- Having driving license
Civil Engineering
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Perform Civil/ Structure engineering supervision
- Analyze structural components
- Determine best material and methodology
- Work closely with architects on design and safety of structures
- Prepare drawings, specifications and computer models where required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant.
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Has been specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Experience in Design Foundation (Building Tower).
- Familiar with Engineering Software, AUTOCAD is a must.
- Able to read Technical Drawing
- Familiar with Location Survey, Elevation or Coordinate.
- Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
- Willing to be positioned anywhere in Indonesia.
Site Engineer

Requirements:
- Female, maximum 40 years old
- S1 degree from mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering
- Fast Learning, good analytical skill
- Able to work under pressure, good team work
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Excellence communication skill
- Having driving license
- Proficient in ALL aspects of Structure and/or Mechanical and Electrical
- Working knowledge of Structure and/or Mechanical and Electrical
- Design knowledge of Structure and/or Mechanical and Electrical
- S1 degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering and/or Structural Engineering
- Working and Design knowledge of Structural Engineering are huge PLUS.
- 5 years experience in the same field
- Heavy Travelling is required
